Early Access Terms  

 

Background

Thanks for your interest in being an official Early Access partner of SuitePeach Studio and/or SuitePeach Live! We're excited to welcome you to the SuitePeach family as we set out to transform managing performing arts studios. 

The SuitePeach products (SuitePeach Studio, SuitePeach Live, and SuitePeach Wallet) have been under development for almost two years, and we’re thrilled to be officially launching this August. The underlying technology is—by far—the most advanced platform in the space and we can't wait for you to see how it evolves and the new features we'll be adding every month as we go.

At the same time, launching new software always comes with some bumps along the way, and we want to acknowledge those in advance with our Early Access program.

 

Benefits

The program includes a number of benefits, including:

  • Free use of SuitePeach Studio and SuitePeach Live for one year, other than credit card processing fees. Note that the core software will actually be free for most studios forever, but we will include all features and functions in this program.
  • A $1,000 cash incentive to participate, paid $500 when you launch and another $500 after three months of use, for your feedback and participation in making the product better.
  • An assigned Project Manager to assist in setting up your studio, fixing anything that goes wrong, and working with you to address any issues that come up (most studios will need to self-onboard and get help through our support line and online community).
  • The opportunity to directly impact how the product evolves as we launch to the wider market over the next six months. In many cases we will be working with you on specific features that your studio has been identified as a "launch studio" for; in these cases, we're building out that feature -- private lessons, studio rentals, special reports, instructor payments, and so on -- based on YOUR feedback with YOUR exact requirements in mind.
  • Subject to your approval, featuring your studio in SuitePeach marketing materials, social media, and other outreach.

Responsibilities

In exchange for the benefits and early access to SuitePeach products and services, you agree to the following:

  • To use one or more SuitePeach products for a period of at least three months, unless you and your Project Manager mutually agree that the software isn’t able to meet your studio’s needs and need to either defer or end participation in the program.
  • To provide regular (at least once/month for three months) feedback on your experience with the SuitePeach product(s), in the form of a meeting with your Project Manager or other members of the SuitePeach team. We may also occasionally send out questions or short surveys (five minutes or less) for Early Access studios to complete.
  • To refrain from posting any negative reviews of SuitePeach product(s) or the company on public sites or forums during the Early Access period (three months). As we are showcasing new features (often in beta) we’re expecting to make changes in response to user feedback. Therefore, we ask that we get the opportunity to respond to and correct any issues privately while you’re participating in the program. Once the program period is done, we encourage you to give your honest feedback (positive or negative).
  • During or after the Early Access program, we may ask you serve as a reference for prospective SuitePeach users. This is entirely optional, and we encourage you to give your full and honest feedback if asked to do so.

Additional Terms

  • (a) This agreement is valid for one year. The studio may terminate the agreement any time prior to receiving an initial payment or after three months. (b) The studio may terminate at any time if it’s determined that SuitePeach isn’t able to effectively manage studio operations. (c) SuitePeach may terminate the agreement if the studio isn’t participating in using the platform or providing feedback (which will take not more than one hour per month).
  • Payments to the studio or studio administrator for participating in the program will be made within five (5) business days of starting the onboarding process ($500), and again three months later (another $500). Payment will be made to an account of the studio representative’s choosing.

  • Use of name and/or logos. Unless the studio explicitly requests otherwise, SuitePeach will be free to use the studio’s name and/or logo on its website (customer lists).
